They dream differently. They dream of gentleness. They dream of disobedience. Démodé is three women’s choices in fashion, the home, the kitchen, the garden, food, beauty, ideas, places… all of which you can discover through their eyes.
Démodé, because nothing beautiful ever goes out of fashion.
To order, first choose the product you would like to buy, with the help of the categories available on the website. Then, add your chosen product to your basket by clicking on the button “add to basket”.
After putting all the products you would like in your basket, go to your basket through the icon in the top right corner of the site.
Create a customer account or guest account by following the instructions. Then, confirm your basket, taking care to check that everything is correct (product, quantity, colour, size, etc.). Check the delivery details (delivery address, name, etc.) and proceed to payment. Customers can pay by bank card: VISA or Mastercard, and by PayPal. Any other type of payment is not accepted. You will then receive an order confirmation via email at the address indicated in your account.
To track your order, you will receive a “dispatched” email. You can track your order in the “My account” section then “Order history”.
Démodé will refund any items that do not leave you fully satisfied. There will be no exchanges. You have a 14-day withdrawal period to return your items bought online. Returns are free in France and at the customer’s expense elsewhere. To return the product, log in to your account, go to “My orders”, select the order you wish to return then follow the instructions.
The product must be returned in its original packaging in perfect condition. Soiled, damaged, scratched, stained or washed products will not be accepted by Démodé.
You will be refunded directly in the account of the bank card you used to make your purchase online.
Returns are free in France.
For international returns, return fees are at the customer’s expense.

Europe: 3–6 days
